راهیابی آثار دو عکاس نیشابوری به جشنواره ملی عکس مشهد. دو عکاس نیشابوری حمید سالاری و فرزانه فرح بخشی موفق به حضور آثارشان در جشنواره ملی عکس مشهد شدند. این جشنواره که به همت شهردای مشهد هر ساله برگزار می شود کم کم جایگاه مناسبی در میان جشنواره های عکس کشور به خود می گیرید. کیارنگ علایی دبیر این جشنواره با اتکا به دانش و تجربه ای که در طی سالها از جشنواره های متعدد عکاسی ایران بدست آورده توانسته در مدت کوتاه این جشنواره را از نظر نوع برگزرای به جایگاه مناسبی برساند. کره ای های سوسول آشغال جمع کن! فر سیمر.

It was so good to get back to Los Angeles for a part vacation, part filmmaking education opportunity. I love LA for its great mix of warm weather, plenty of things to do, and lots of opportunities to submerse oneself in the filmmaking community. Sometimes getting away is the perfect opportunity to hit the reset button, and this trip was definitely that opportunity for me.

Monday, November 20, 2006. This past weekend I went back to my Alma. Madison, to see the last football game of the season. We finished off the season in truly epic fashion, beating the somewhat arbitrary team of Buffalo 35-3 to finish off the year 11-1. Exciting as the win was, this weekend represented something else to me and a special group of people. It was bigger than the game, it was the end of an era.
